The museum houses exhibit from prehistoric and historic times up to Middle Ages and a library of some 7.200 volumes.

This Museum was opened in 1948 and today presents the research of archaeological discoveries in the territory of Albania.  It is affiliated to the Institute of Archaeology of the Academy of Sciences of Albania. The Museum houses exhibit from Prehistoric and Classical times up to the Middle Ages and Modern period. More than 2000 items are displayed and these items range from ancient jewelry to Roman statues, to vast clay pots covered in shellfish that have been found during the many archaeological field trips the museum is involved in. It is also responsible for conducting many archaeological expeditions in the country and is the parent institution of several other museums in the country including the Durres Archaeological Museum.

Located in Petrelë, central Albania. It’s history dates back to Justinian I and contains a tower which was built in the 6th century AD.

It is one of the tourist locations close to Tirana that attracts a great number of visitors. The Castle, the prominent wooden structure is a restaurant, is perched on a rocky hill, above the village with the same name. It has a triangular shape with two observation towers. Although it was first built in ancient times, the present building dates back to the 15th century.

The Petrela Castle was part of the signaling and defense system of the Kruja Castle. The castles signaled to each other by means of fires. During Skanderbeg’s fight against the Ottomans, the Petrela Castle used to be under the command of Mamica Kastrioti, Skanderbeg’s sister. Today there is a restaurant inside the castle. The castle site has views of the Erzen valley, the hills, olive groves, and surrounding mountains.

The National Arts Gallery of ALBANIAhas a fund of over 4.000 works of art by Albanian and foreign authors.

The National Gallery of Arts is a state institution under the care of Ministry of Culture. This highly important art institution functions based on the Albanian Law of Museums and the Law of National Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Albania. The status of the National Gallery of Arts is approved by the Albanian Ministry of Culture; it operates on a daily basis following an internal set of rules and regulations.

The central public park of Tirana, Albania, was built in 1950 and covering an area of 29.81 hectares. Every year on March 14, it is one of the many venues of the Summer Festival that symbolizes the end of winter and the start of nature’s freshness

Mount Dajt in central Albania, its highest peak is at 1.613 m. In winter, the mountain is often covered with snow, and it is a popular retreat to the local population of Tirana that rarely sees snow falls.

Sanctified in 2002, the cathedral is built using a combined triangle and circle shape, representing the Trinity and God’s Eternity respectively. A range of classical concerts is held inside the building throughout the year.
